At Bike Dunedin we've got all your mountain bike coaching covered, with a range of options to meet ever riders needs.  From complete beginners who want to see what all the fuss is about, recreational riders who want to improve their skills to experienced riders with specific goals they want to achieve,  we've got you!

We run 1:1 or group coaching sessions, completely customised to your skills and goals. 1:1 clinics are extremely beneficial for those riders who want to improve quickly, with the coaches full attention on them.  We also run 6 week MTB Skills programme for women of all abilities (BOOST), these run on a ratio of 1:6 (coach:rider), this ensures a safe and focused learning environment.

MTB 1:1 COACHING SESSIONS

For all abilities; from complete beginners through to more advanced riders and E-bikers! 1:1 sessions are ideal for that rider who wants to see some quick improvements in their riding.

So whether you need to know the basics, get some tips on cornering, conquer more technical terrain or learn to jump we customise your session to your skill needs and goals!

Got some mates that are in need of some tips and tricks too? Then book in a session together! Group sessions available at a discounted rate to 1:1 coaching sessions.

Group coaching sessions only work well if riders are of a similar ability, wanting to achieve a similar outcome. So whether you are a group wanting to try mountain biking for the first time or experienced riders wanting to improve skills, get in touch to discuss!

mtb womens boost programme

TAKING 2023/24 REGISTRATIONS NOW

6 week Womens MTB skills programme. Running weekday evenings in the Spring and Summer months. These programmes are for women of all abilities, from beginners through to more advanced riders.

BOOST Skills. BOOST Confidence. BOOST Fun.
